Welcome to Proliferating Thoughts. This blog is going to be yet another focused on nonproliferation issues. Among other things I will be using it to provide updates to articles that I have published elsewhere or highlight issues that have not yet received the full treatment that they may seem, to me at least, to deserve. Posts may be a trifle infrequent at first but I am hopeful that over time some useful posts will begin to accrue.
